The CMS20 Web Alarm System is a cloud based, wireless data logger system that utilizes battery operated sensors to permanently log all sensor readings and to provide remote alarms for -20C freezers and +4 refrigerators. The sensors take temperature & humidity readings every 5 minutes and transmit them wirelessly to a Gateway using LoRaWan wireless (not WiFi or Bluetooth – LoRaWan can penetrate multiple walls and floors in a large building). The gateway forwards all the readings from dozens of sensors to the cloud servers.

Each CMS-20 comes with the following:

*This device does not power any devices for signal transmission, such as the routers/switches on your local network connection. If your routers/switches do not have a backup power system, the web alarm system will not be able to access the internet to alert you during a power outage. Please consult your IT department and/or internet provider for additional information on internet operation during a power outage.
